We have heard from so many people that we have shared the NuFletch™ idea with that "Nobody ever did anything with this end of the arrow". We all encounter the same types of problems when it comes to arrow fletching and we decided to do something that would make things easier for the archer. The NuFletch™ System gives archers the ability to exchange brand name vanes without the use of fletching jigs, glue or tools instantly in the field or the range. The NuFletch Spectrum is the first product that allows the archer to exchange single vane damage instantly in the field or the range.
The simple fletch design is based on multiple U.S. Patents Pending and years of evolving prototypes. The Spectrum series from NuFletch is as easy as cutting your favorite brand arrow three and one half inches shorter than your normal overall arrow length. Bond an insert into the tail end of the arrow or Cross Bolt shaft, and you are now ready take advantage of the NuFletch™ System. The vane base is used to guide the vane securely down a precision machined "fletch groove" that forces the vane to follow the exact straight or offset path (coming soon) of the desired fletch pattern. The result, a perfect fletch each and every time the vanes are inserted. The NuFletch™ system will allow the archer the ability to replace a damaged or worn vane instantly.
The number one question we address is “How much weight is NuFletch™ adding to my arrow?” As archers we have been taught to “feel the need for speed”. While it is obvious that Spectrum adds weight to the arrow, what is not obvious is what really happens to the arrow when the system is added. The stiff tail design absorbs the immediate release of energy stored in the string. The stiff design transfers this energy efficiently to the arrow and because the length of the arrow is shorter and the spine has increased slightly, the arrow oscillates less and this reduced oscillation results in quick arrow recovery and more efficient flight down range.
