RETURNS:
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which can be obtained by calling our office at 1-877-FletchIt. Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number and will be returned to the customer if received withour prior authorization. All Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
